We offer four options for association with Anson Parish Nurse and Health Ministries:

- Covenant Churches:
The church/pastor signs a non-legal covenant agreeing to be a partner with the Anson Parish Nurse and Health Ministry. Through this partnership, they provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care to individuals, families and communities. The purpose is the help members of the church and community lead healthier lives. Together the church and the parish nurse program promote stewardship of God's most precious gift of all, the gift of life. As stated in John 10:10 - "I am come that they may have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."
- (a) Parish Nurse - Registered nurse. Nurse for the church receives training, information, and materials necessary to start a parish nurse health care ministry. Access to web site for 2 years for Advocate Resources.
- (b) Health Ministry - Health advocate for the church receives training, information, and materials necessary to start a health ministry. Access to web site (2 years) for Advocate Resources.
3. Parish Nurse/Health Advocate: Individuals not associated with a church may join us. Receive access for 2 years to web site for Advocate Resources.
4. Associate Groups: Associations, agencies, hospitals, community groups, clubs, professional organizations, parish nurse programs, companies, churches, et al.
There is a membership fee for covenant churches, parish nurses and health ministries that covers the cost of the training materials and access to "Advocate Resources". Call our office for this information 704.695.3233.
